How do ninesharp resource Candidates?
ninesharp has a candidate database that has been established for over 5 years, this gives us access to a huge pool of candidates which we will individually qualify against our client's requirements. We invest in advertising and have access to all the major job boards to ensure that we leave no stone unturned when searching the market for the most suitable candidate for the role. The work ethic and high level of commitment that we install in our consultants often leads to them working late and over the Weekends to ensure we deliver on the promises made to our clients. As we specialise in vertical markets our consultants are knowledgeable in their market place and can use a range of techniques of search and selection targeting and headhunting high level niche candidates for the harder to fill roles.
What are your payment terms?
For Contract we work to a 28 day payment structure and for Permanent these terms are flexible to suit individual businesses whether they are large corporate organisations or boutique design agencies.
When should I submit my signed and authorised timesheets?
Our highly specialised and dedicated payroll team close the previous week's payroll at 4pm every Monday, So please ensure you meet this deadline or your payment will role over to the next week.

How quick is the average turn around from application to potential Interview?
ninesharp do our utmost to create urgency from both client and candidate prospective due to fast moving nature of the IT market. For Permanent the average is approximately 7 days and with regards to Contract it can be from the same day to 7 days, dependant on the urgency of the requirement.
